Professors Rosa Anna La Rocca and Ornella Amore, belonging to the research units of Naples and Benevento respectively, participated in the 10th 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼 𝗘𝗨𝗚𝗘𝗢 - 𝘎𝘦𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦.
As part of the session proposed by the research team of the Prin Insite project entitled “𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲”, two contributions focusing on the results of the project were presented: “𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦: 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘺” and “𝘈 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘹 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘳𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘢 (𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘺)”.
The conference took place in Vienna from 8 to 11 september 2025 and provided an opportunity for a stimulating debate on the conservation of geopaleontological heritage. In particular, the importance of sustainable territorial development in inner areas exploiting paleontological sites present in the area was explored.
