The International Nannoplankton Association (INA) promotes knowledge of modern and fossil calcareous nannoplankton. INA conferences are one of the main means to achieve this goal.
The paleontological heritage and innovative communication modalities for the territorial development is the title of the paper presented at the congress “Geology for a sustainable management of our Planet”, organized by the Italian Geological Society and the Italian Society of Mineralogy and Petrology, in Bari from 3 to 5 september 2024.
A fundamental aspect of the INSITE project is the need to work with the involvement of local communities. Numerous meetings and activities are periodically planned and carried out with the main aim of promoting the knowledge and awareness of the local communities (citizens, stakeholders, investors, administrations, etc.)
